Live the Faralá experience.

The vision of Cristina Jiménez in the kitchen and Lidia Outeda front of house speaks directly to the heart, evoking emotion through true authenticity.

A deep passion and respect for the local produce of Granada, sauces that exude elegance and subtlety, and a dream-like wine pairing, all come together perfectly in an experience where emotions are laid bare.

Tradition, emotion, culture... to be felt.

Located on the iconic Cuesta de Gomérez, just steps from the Alhambra, the Faralá experience begins even before you arrive. It starts with the beauty of our privileged surroundings: the Alhambra, Plaza Nueva, and the Carrera del Darro. The restaurant itself spans two floors, where flamenco and haute cuisine blend in a perfect symbiosis, awakening every sense.

Cristina Jiménez | Chef

A savory universe crafted by a sweet mind.

As one of the youngest women in Spain to achieve a Michelin star, Granada-born Cristina Jiménez leads the culinary vision at Faralá with a unique perspective: “I think in terms of sweetness, and from that initial spark, I develop my savory cuisine.”

A creative, 'sweet-toothed' vision, rich in nuances, leading to a cuisine where sauces take center stage. They blend seamlessly with the finest local produce from a province boasting one of the most diverse landscapes and climates—a pantry overflowing with potential.

An obsession with the smallest details and excellence in every task, whether in the dining room or the cellar. Lidia Outeda, born into a family of restaurateurs, brings her lifelong passion for gastronomy and wine to the tables of Faralá.

A devotee of the Sherry region and its wines, with a vast knowledge of viticulture and the stories behind every bottle, she transforms the room into a space filled with inspiration and character.
